We process account details, team and workspace settings, payment-related records, service logs, support messages, and the manga pages and translation data you choose to upload.
2. How we use it
We use this information to provide translation and editing features, maintain collaboration history, calculate credits, secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.
3. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, payment, communication, and processing providers to operate KomaTranslate. They receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to contractual or technical safeguards.
4. Retention and deletion
Workspace content remains available while you keep it in the service. Authorized deletion requests enter a tracked removal workflow. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Your workspace controls let authorized members manage content and access. You may contact us to ask about your information or request account assistance.
6. Updates
We may update this notice as the service changes. When an update materially changes how information is handled, we will provide a reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel.
